Wojciech Geżyński

Wojciech Geżyński advocate, member of the Regional Chamber of Advocates in Warsaw, graduate of the Department of Law and Administration at Mikołaj Kopernik University in Toruń.

In the period 2004 – 2007, he worked full time at the Court of Appeal in Warsaw and passed his bench exam. He subsequently worked as an assistant judge for the Civil Division of the Regional Court. At present, he works as an advocate focusing on the issues of civil law, with particular attention to commercial law, public procurement, transport law and labor law.

He has experience in providing on-going legal assistance to business entities, in preparing and conducting procedures of company transformation and consolidation, and in handling civil and penal-tax cases.
