The Firm represents clients in disputes before common and arbitration courts.

We also conduct negotiations on behalf of clients (mediation) aimed at achieving the desired result without court action.

The Firm’s lawyers have experience in negotiations, arbitration and representation of clients before courts. Many of our lawyers completed court bar practice and worked as assistant judges in common courts.

Legal Counsel Ewa Korzaj – Sobieraj is currently an Arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.

The Firm represents clients in the following proceedings:

• court, civil and commercial proceedings in all instances, including the Supreme Court (particularly in cases relating to contractual performance, seeking amounts due, claims for damages under contract and tort liability);
• enforcement and collateral security proceedings;
• bankruptcy involving liquidation of the debtor’s assets and bankruptcy with the possibility of composition with creditors;
• court-administrative proceedings before the Provincial Administrative Court and before the Supreme Administrative Court.
